I'm fairly certain that's Trump.
When he was about to become prime minister after may stepped down I was reassuring everyone that "it will be OK because we've never had an actual clown running the country before" obviously I didn't think he stood a hope in hell but here we are.
The cartoon is currently timeless, you think it's about the brexit cliff edge, biut I'm also seeing parallels between that and his new plan to build a rail road bridge between Scotland and northern Ireland.
It might be two guys sharing the one brain cell or they might be geniuses.
