What role did the federal government have in the death of MLK?

gotta wonder - although this was a civil trial and the conspiracy theories presented include
1) one guy who only came out claiming to have been involved when he was going to get money from HBO five years earlier
2) a former FBI agent with animosity toward the agency that claims to have tampered with evidence (stole it from James Earl Ray's vehicle)
3) changing stories from witnesses
4) a claim that the president and vice-president were involved
5) a claim that the military was following MLK and photographed his execution
6) a claim that Raoul was involved in the JFK murder
7) a claim that the mafia was involved and gave the star witness 100k to arrange the hit - since the mafia didn't know anybody - and the mafia provided the murder weapon
8) the trial included hearsay and 2nd/3rd party hearsay
9) some of the claims contradict evidence that was found at the scene.

sorry it strains credibility.

This isnt news. We know for a fact that the FBI had MLK assassinated.

We all already know that.

The FBI is the most sinister organization in the western hemisphere bar none.

They need to be disbanded.
