[@386170,ScarletWitch] Still their country, it’s happened every conflict. Once they step on us soil, we can arrest them for crimes if commited but they’re still citizens

It's a messy situation to be in. I think if they haven't been involved in a killing or a rape incident there could be a chance. I don't think that a person who killed or harmed innocents can still be considered human. It's fucked up how some sees them as heroes..
