What should we do about perv cams before the technology becomes even more accessible?

The problem already is a pretty big one so far. But I have a 4-year-old daughter, and in the next 10 years, there will be cams no bigger than your thumb (including the power cell) that can transmit real-time images wirelessly for a week. In that time, my daughter will be in schools, bathrooms, changing rooms, hotels, drs' offices and other people's homes. These have always been places where we have been able to take our privacy for granted, but no longer! I think we should nip this problem in the bud before then.
Sure there are already laws that go something like "perv cams are illegal and if you use one, you'll be charged with a felony" which only works if you get caught. There needs to be more laws, but also regulation, private policies, practices, technological countermeasures, vetting, etc. such that placing these cams is impractical.

10 years is so far ahead nobody really knows these days. What you describe basically already exists though, and people who are likely to do something like that can already do it easy enough, so I'm not sure the change will be THAT large. Secondly, DeepFakes have been a thing for couple of years now, if you have picture of someone's face you can make a fake porn video of them. This means you don't need to be nude to appear in the nude, and there's also plausible deniability of real videos.

I think questions of culture are more important, like right now studies are showing most teens appear to be taking & sharing nudes voluntarily, sometimes to the world. Either this will just become the norm like skimpy clothes have, or some sort of cultural change has to happen (Possibly including culture of alcohol, which lets face it, is often involved).
@Faust76 very insightful. To me, the egregiousness of deepfakes are a small fraction of that of perv cams, but that's just me. Sexts are also less serious, as I have some measure of control over that problem. If my daughter had judgement so bad as to send one, we would only have ourselves to blame.
