Secondly, DeepFakes have been a thing for couple of years now, if you have picture of someone's face you can make a fake porn video of them. This means you don't need to be nude to appear in the nude, and there's also plausible deniability of real videos.

I think questions of culture are more important, like right now studies are showing most teens appear to be taking & sharing nudes voluntarily, sometimes to the world. Either this will just become the norm like skimpy clothes have, or some sort of cultural change has to happen (Possibly including culture of alcohol, which lets face it, is often involved).
