Federal employment regulations say to "furlough" employees who's agency was not funded by Congress. They now have something like 800,000 employees on Furlough. Federal regs say to LAY OFF furloughed employees after 30 day without Congressional funding. 30 days was up on Sunday. The President can also just close the door on the agency.
There is an exception. If Congress is still working on funding the President "MAY" extend their furlough another 30 days. But he doesn't have to. Whole liberal departments could be closed. Teams of EPA liberals could be laid off.
Will Trump lay off employees not funded? Are their legions of "SWAMP" dwellers who ought to be laid off? Which ones?
