“I will be making a major announcement concerning the Humanitarian Crisis on our Southern Border, and the Shutdown, tomorrow afternoon at 3 P.M., live from the @WhiteHouse.”
This could be interesting. No matter which side if any caves, if there's a compromise, or if he raids other funds, I'm willing to bet he'll say it's a big win and a great moment and proof that he's the best thing since sliced bread.
@jackjjackson in spite of often agreeing with him, I don't much care for him.
I do think some kind of unilateral executive action is most likely. Be nice if he says he'll sign a bill to reopen even if it's not challenged, but I doubt it.
@jackjjackson And who will be dealing with the litigation to buy land from landowners who don't want to sell? And who is paying for the geological surveys? And who is paying for the materials and the labour?
Once a border emergency is declared funding is automatic. US Attorneys handleland litigation and funding funds eminent domain. Funding also covers drones, satellites, moats filled with alligators, detection technology (everything border security on the ground wants). @HerKing
