"Quiet Skies" Program Still Evolving

The KGB, oooops, I meant to say the TSA, will continue to follow and spy - oooops, I meant "monitor" airline passengers as they walk around the airport, go to the bathroom, drink and snack in the bar, etc.

But the KGB, oooops, damn, I meant the TSA said they are "changing the threshold for reporting their observations to intelligence agencies."
