Do you feel that becoming more informed about politics changes your life for the better?

To me, there is literally nothing of value in it as I see it. What would be more depressing actually? Endless wars that you can do nothing about. No thanks, I'm done.

Fair enough. But those endless wars are partially a result of apathy.

@Will0w I'm not saying you are. I'm saying people are. At least here in the U.S.. Most have NO idea what's really going on with our military overseas. Out of sight - Out of mind. And the fighting continues. That's by design.

@Will0w OK. But were there REALLY things exposed about Clinton? I mean, real things? Like crimes? Seems like she's been investigated over and over and, to date, nothing has come out of it. So maybe part of your thinking that there's no value in politics is based on working from a premise that has been concocted by others with an agenda.

@Will0w But you don't really know what was in those Wikileak emails, right? Or who was behind their release? Is there something specific in those emails you had a problem with? Any crimes? And body counts? Uh...
Sorry. But as one who does follow politics and leans toward facts, I'm not going to buy what you're selling. Your choice to believe what you want though.

@Will0w You want me to share all my factual political info? Really? That might take a little more time than I'm willing to spend.
Anyway, if politics "literally" had "nothing of value" to you that would be pretty pointless and futile on my part, right?
I'll just exit stage left thanks.

@Will0w Because I've worked in and around the media for about 20 years. I'm going to stop now, ok? Thanks.
