Why did Trump avoid saying McCains name on the defense bill?

@Wubaloo He is as petty and vindictive as they come, throw in a super sized dose of narcissism. However, there is no proof of that business acumen. The businesses that he ran himself, went bankrupt, but he's very good at self-promotion, and his primary business, is self-promotion.

What he brings to the WH is nouveau graft, and so far, he's been taking full advantage of it.
