To be fair, he's also know for years of civil rights battles, building the city鈥檚 black middle class, providing opportunities to minority contractors and creating a summer jobs program for DC kids.

@Funlover103 Marion Barry was the mayor of Washington DC and a rather outspoken, color-outside-of-the-lines type of personality. He was arrested in the 80's buying crack cocaine and became embroiled in the scandal, but he also did many positive things for the city.
