I'm still skeptical it would happen. Kim knows that in reality NK can't win. He has to act a certain way for propaganda, but he won't strike first. Doing so would be suicide. And if he did, not only would it invite carte blanche retaliation, but very likely he'd find himself overwhelmed by Chinese troops.
China doesn't like the situation either, and would much rather take control of NK for themselves, rather than let it fall to the West. If Kim goes too far, they just might be the first to strike him.

I am saying that another major hurricane will change the minds of those who deny global warming. Hurricanes get their strength from the heat in the sea water beneath them so the warmer the water the more powerful the hurricane. So many powerful hurricanes is unparalleled in the recorded weather. Therefore this truth will sink in.
Of course I accept the scientific evidence of global warming. Practical displays of it happening will change minds. Even blockheads have to see the truth in the increased $ cost of repairs.

Nowhere. Kim's ultimate goal and obsession is retaining personal power and continue living. The best 100% certain way to guarantee the end of both those things is launching a nuke at the US.
