Happened around two weeks ago, our lawmakers are fighting yet again in the parliament. Posting now just because the footage is finally available on YouTube. After all, we are only a democracy for less than 30 years, what'd you expect?

A congressman threw a water balloon at someone's face. Got him in the forehead. A photographer filmed the action just at the right time.
