I Admire Honesty And Sincerity
Honesty and sincerity are good traits and help us make ourselves a better person.
However, not all honest and sincere people get what they deserve.
Today, majority of people struggle a lot to get promoted at their job but at the end, the one who practices sycophancy gets promoted.
Gone are the days when managers were leaders with brain and great management skills. Earlier, managers used to value the people under them.
Now, the one who plots against the staff the most, collects intel and esclates it to senior management, believes in no bonus share, makes empoloyees work for extra hours with no extra pay and keeps a dirty eye on female staff is considered to be the 'ideal candidate' for promotion.
Worst, these leaders have no knowledge about process or work. They are just leaders who treat empoyees as slaves with invisible whip.
What really bothers me the most is the fact, people still work under the leadership of such people!
I once had such a leader. When I have had enough of his tantrums, I slapped him real hard in front of the staff and grabbed his shirt's collar to beat him more.
Security had to escort me out. Not boasting about what I did. My employment was terminated. I know what I did was wrong but I did the right thing.
No manager has the right to mentally harass his/her employees. Hence, I knocked the b*st*rd!
I did raise my concern to 'Human Resource' team before taking the matter in my hands but only few HR professionals care about employees. Most just lick boots of senior management to keep them happy.
I wish, majority could take the stand and knock down their management's irresposible attitude towards employees!
We (as in Employees) should remember, we work and that's how they earn!
Never let your boss dominate you!
