Has anybody ever Bought a Dog Zapper in case your Dog Constantly barks at people and dosent stop barking

Mine does to.
I did consider getting one and even watched some videos on YouTube.
But having spoken to my neighbours about it, they said it doesn't bother them as much as I thought it might !
