You like me. I don't notice you. I like you. You get scared. I make a move. You pretend to not be interested. How come whenever you get what you want you're too scared to appreciate it?
Maybe this person feels the same way, but doesn't want to scare you away. Maybe you should go tell this person in a letter how you feel, maybe the next time you try to make a move they won't walk away.
