I barbecued this Tri-Tip roast for my housemate's birthday today. I used to be a vegetarian, but I now live with meat eaters and we split groceries so I kind of just go with the flow. I eat deli meat, chicken, BBQ on special occasions and make Carne Asade Burritos about once a month.
