How do i move from this point?

I come from a large close knit family... Lots of cousins aunts uncles etc... My sis hates me n wont tell me why, she turned them against me. I tried to ignore that, n When I try to talk to a few of them they won't reply. They have also joined her in spreading rumors. How do I move on from there...
