I’m confused... how can you tell someone that they’re too harsh and come on too strong at times?!?!

It takes a certain maturity to accept constructive criticism .. Maybe there's room here fur both to just talk things through ..

Just say it...like you just did. Don't be concerned about how they take it....it does not have to be an attack

"You're too harsh and come on too strong sometimes."

I flat out tell them.Then leave.

I am around alot of narcissistic people and they will never get it .
