7yr old bad behavior

Their daughter is 7,5 and this is her first holiday season knowing the truth about Santa my cousins son told her this summer.

How do u deal with repetitive bad behavior! She keeps doing stuff even after getting in trouble for It. They’ve done everything they can think of.
They’ve punished her
Taken privileges away
Grounded her
Not allowed to go on a field trip she wanted to go on
Bed early
Extra chores
Taken tv out of her room
Went on thanksgiving trip without her ( she’s going with someone else on Tuesday)
They don’t know what to do. Need suggestions please. Only kind comments please she may see them .

Rude
Hurts sisters on purpose
Lies about homework
Refuses to make bed
Cut one of her friends hair
Stole from the dollar store ( y she got left home when they went on their trip.)
Throws fits
Rolls eyes
Calls sisters babies and brats
Punched her friend in the eye
Refuses to eat dinner
Screams so bad she throws up so she can’t go to school the next day.
