It's nothing good when you don't have resources. Don't be too eager to go to western countries.. Some are stuck inside collective housings for years with bunch of other people. Their papers aren't fixed, they can't go wherever they wish, they aren't allowed to have jobs..etc
You should consider Arab countries first such as Algeria. Since the culture is similar and they have better living conditions and are generally kinder to syrians bécause of the mutual history.
What do you mean by you have a bad past? A criminal record or trauma?
