kinesiology is very interesting. I've got a friend who's doing it and I love hearing all about it. Keep it up you can achieve what you want. Don't feel bad if you have some cheat days as a little celebration for your achievements :) you'll find when your body is not 'addicted' to those foods anymore that things will get much easier
