My memory is so bad that I have a list of songs that I like and TV programmes I watch on my phone so that I don’t forget to listen to them and catch-up on them.

I do something very similar. But mine's more through laziness. Rather than reach out and unlock my phone to tell Spotify I liked the song it just played, I'll keep my arms where they are and just jot it down on one of my five half lists I've got scattered about the place :)
