I’m hurting 😞💔

I've had similar things happen, and have seen it with others. If you can look yourself in the mirror and realize that you weren't the cause of it, which I'm guessing you can, then take some comfort in that. You can't control anyone else, and some people act in very disappointing ways.

Yes you know logically that's what you have to do... and you will.. but sadly our feelings are much harder to convince
