My mother in law was three years old and in Pearl Harbor at the time, and she remembered it clearly enough to tell us about it. When I lived on Maui, I made a point of visiting the Memorial every year. It's definitely something that will be with us for eternity.

Everytime but once when we pulled into Hawaii I would go there. It is a very humbling experience if you can ever go.
