Am I the only one who was genuinely baffled at how overrated the song "This is America" was? Shit is honestly a piece of shit

Generic ass beat with easy to write lyrics and virtually no rhymes. What about the message? Well shit, not everyone agrees with the black and white sentiment what America is is just gun violence and racism, but talking about bad those things are doesn't make your song good if you articulate it in an uncreative way. I am genuinely trying hard to figure out how it is being perceived as a work of genius?
