Honestly, this site is pretty damn low on censorship in my opinion, but they do have this weird feature where if your comment says any "fetish words" or swears, it'll be hidden & ppl will have to click to see it. People get (rightly) bent outta shape about it 'cause it's annoying, but most sites are way more strict than that. You can even post softscore porn if you label it right.
