why don't schizophrenics who hear voices ever hear voices that tell them to be nice and help people ?

Before many years I used to hear voice in night, once I screamed at the mid night because I couldn't tolerate it, it was such a suffering.

There's this schizophrenic guy who ran for president, which he claimed that aliens urged to him to run for president so he could help solve the problems of the country.

This is interesting because my teacher was just talking to us about a boy she knew had schizophrenia (he was a patient)
It made me sad :(

being nice and helping is more insane!
