This is Outrageous

Foreign nationals who have never lived in the U.K. can now join the British military. What kind of allegiance and loyalty does a foreigner have to another country? None, and they could also be an enemy. This is unbelievably stupid, but I guess ties in with what the Globalists want...no sovereign countries and no borders.

I think being born on one part of the earth versus another is not that big of a difference.
Do you not realize, this goes on in the United States, too. And BTW...there's a military organization known as The French Foreign Legion. Familiar with it and its make up of officers and non commissioned and enlisted personnel? A great military presence throughout history. The use of foreign nationals, IMO, does not foreshadow what Globalists want, for if and when these foreigners go into combat and are KIA, the globalist notion is irrelevant.

You must be at least a green card holder and legally in the U.S. to serve the U.S. military. @soar2newhighs

The French Foreign Legion has been the sharp end of Frances Military for over a century.

The USA has done this for decades and used it as a fast track to nationalize foreigners... imo it’s one way to show a foreign person who’s got real integrity and motivatation to be accepted and productive in their host nation

That’s interesting seeing as how one can’t know about integrity of a person without knowing them. At least being a citizen of a country you are born in, one would assume a certain allegiance to that country. @GardenSage

@Carissimi nobody can read anyone’s mind. But the action of joining a foreign military- sacrificing your life for the well-being of people who might reject him for being an outsider-

Well that’s very integral

One must be legally in the U.S., and a green card holder. Unless they changed the law? A person living in Italy, or any other nationality, can’t just apply to join the U.S. Military, having no connections to the country at all. @GardenSage

A lot of countries are doing this. As long as it's managed correctly, it's not a bad thing, and could be a path to citizenship. That said.... I do understand the sentiment - I'm for protecting our borders.

Is this new? The British army has had its ranks filled by foreign mercenaries for hundreds of years.
Carissimi · 70-79, F
It is new because it says they decided upon it last year.@daveal

They have a major recruiting crisis. 🤷🏻‍♂️
