Not yet. Russians put up a much more firm pushback to the idea, and everyone is a touch worried. Nations that are involved are all holding various meetings over the next couple of days.

In parallel, Russians and Americans are doing some back-channel deconfliction through third parties, and working out the exact parameters of the strike. At this point, it's very hard for anyone to back down, so some sort of strike will alwmost certainly happen. Syrians have more or less emptied their military bases and moved their airforce into the Russian military base. In a way, we're all quite a bit safer now, because the strike is unlikely to be all that damaging, and cooler heads seem to be working things out.

OPCW might arrive on the scene before the strike as well, though US announced that we don't actually care what they will find there.
