I hear what you're saying but I don't know if I fully agree ... Is not a mother caring for a sick child through the night more significant than even the most glorious blazing Star?

Compared to the entire universe were just a pin prick.. so many galaxies, solar systems, planets, possibilities way off into the distance that one day we will have the tech to explore

@Aatrix: Now I'm jealous. i live way outside a city and thought i could see a lot in the sky until one day I was a sailboat in the Florida Keys. the difference was amazing! Good luck with your stargazing. let me know if you find any intelligent life out there (or on SW for that matter lol).
