How to tell my job I'm quitting short notice? [I Hate My Job]

Hi. So long story short, I started a job in food service just this week, and I already can't stand it. I'd worked in that industry before but the last place was evidently much more lax in their procedures, because this has been Hell. And no, I'm not normally the type to quit their job so soon.

I'm fully certain I want to quit. I let the manager on duty know, at the start of my shift yesterday, how I felt about it and that I was going to look for other opportunities if they couldn't accomodate. She said they couldn't do anything. I have no intention of giving notice because that would mean staying another day. I'm just trying to figure out the best possible way to quit in this scenario.
