I Like To See Teen Boys In Shorts

As well as my eccentric liking for wearing denim skirts I always wore shorts Summer and Winter in the UK for casual wear. This mainly consisted of very brief denim shorts and more surprisingly shortalls. I would have loved to have worn grey school shorts to school as an older boy but this was not possible.

I would emphasize that I was not forced to wear this type of attire, indeed I occasionally had to be persuaded to put on my jeans instead of shorts. Though I think my mother in particular did like to see me in my little denim shorts and skirts. She did buy me some more formal shorts so I could still wear them to more official occasions. These included grey flannel school type shorts and corduroy shorts.

I can remember going on holiday in the summer so all I wore was my denim shorts, shortalls and a denim skirt. But in the evening I went out for a meal so wore an open necked short sleeved white shirt, trim grey flannel short trousers, ankle socks and start rite sandals, my age would have been about 15 at the time. It always felt different somehow wearing my formal grey shorts to my denim shorts.

Now I have retired I wear shorts as much as when I was a teenager. Not always as brief maybe, though still on the short size.

@dunpender Yes if very tight short shorts are constricting, however if well fitting they are not constricting and do not allow things to hang out. You could also say that about any tight trousers.

My school also required us to wear long trousers in year 9. But before that we could wear longs or shorts.
