@melissa001 Physically I notice I have more aches and pains, and a harder time maintaining my weight and conditioning. But in other ways I find my greater life experience pays off. Fewer things shock and anger me. I’ve seen more and I’m better able to deal with it. I have a better sense of how to help others and myself.
