I Love Dark Music
Finally, I had an opportunity to see them live. The music of Velvet Acid Christ has always been very special to me because it makes me feel as if I was strangely connected to it. From the first time I felt as if it has always been a part of me. When I hear certain parts they make me remember some of my dreams and landscapes in them. They make me think of abandoned urban areas in my home city from late 90's and early 2000. It has always been strangely familiar.

This particular song was mindblowing. I love the part at 3:33.
Of course, the live performance was impoverished of rich soundscape of studio recordings, but still awesome.
Again, I had an opportunity to see some darkwave/gothic scene as well. When I was younger, I dreamed that one day I would go to a gig like this and dress up like those chicks following gothic fashion. Well, I don't give a damn today. xD I wore jeans with t-shirt and no makeup. Girls attending had fishnets, heavy makeup and mini dresses and I realized that I didn't envy them at all...figured out that I don't want that kind of attention.
