I just realized that this place has a lot of attention craving vibes about it.

I crave it too, and receive it also. Sometimes it’s good to simply recognize such things.

[c=666666]I never understood what's wrong with wanting attention. I don't really want it myself, but sometimes I do wanna' chat, and then I comment and get some mall-talk from people.[/c]

@Sheer attention is good, we all want attention, we just try not to cross the line of cringe

[c=666666]@Nanori What type of attention? Like, I sometimes wish for a bit more attention from my family, but not really strangers. Maybe wanting to chat a bit with people, is also a way of wanting attention though, I just never thought about it like that. Either way, whenever I see people use words like "attention whore" I always wonder why it's viewed as negative? 🤣 I think people who like the attention also tend to be more open-minded, care-free and fun![/c]

@Sheer to me an attention whore is for example when a person keeps posting a selfie and says "omg I'm ugly" :| cringy

[c=666666]@Nanori My former best friend, when we were like 16 or so, developed a habit of taking off her top when she got drunk...... I thought it was hilarious. 😂 Most people, of course, thought it was just embarassing. That's what I view as an attention whore lol.[/c]
