I Love Playing Video Games

Fallout New Vegas is better than Fallout 3.

Man, NV was so much better, but only in a few regards. 3's worldbuilding was by far superior, the world felt bigger, more complex, more wastelandy. Nv had far superior mechanics, but the flawed worldbuilding meant you missed so many cool side quests unless you purposely got lost or went somewhere that didnt make sense.

Can't really agree. Where I had a motivation plot wise to go out and explore the world in FO 3, it totally lacked in New Vegas. And this made a big difference, even though New Vegas itself wasn't too bad.
That is the general consciousness among most gamer and game writers.

@Elandra77 i honestly posted this to stir the pot, but every respondent either agrees or is ambivalent so far.
@SW-User I've played al of them and I still my my Interplay releases of Fallout, Fallout 2 and fallout Tactics. Each have their own charm to them but it would be unfair to come the interplay releases with the Bethesda designed and Obsidian designed games. Which are very different. When Bethesda outsources this game to Obsidian they came back with a game that that most favored over Fallout 3. To put Fallout 4 in the comparison is almost guaranteeing it to be it last place most times.

I and many other are looking forward to Obsidian;s "The Outer Worlds"
