What appears as though it would be fun but is actually awful when you're doing it?

Bungee jumping with skin hooks. Not me though. I saw it on tv. I not into hooks inmy skin or anything either so really it doesnt look fun.

Riding the swinging ship ride at amusement parks...it's terrifying.

Water boarding.
