Buy decaf coffee, buy some calorie-free candy to keep you busy, stock up on juices and mineral water, get a chewing gum and stuff.

@Artandgardening: Pretty much, if it's just that: mixed roasted peanuts, with a little salt in it. Or buy walnuts, hazelnut, any nuts, raisins, chew them, eat them. They are definitely healthy.

This is actually true. Dehydration does cause exhaustion and brain fog. Most people are low grade dehydrated all the time. A pinch of salt on the tongue would help too
