What do you do if your friends disappoint you in a way that makes you think they are not true friends?

Nothing...but obviously I know what to expect or not. If things doesn't seem to go anywhere then I'd ask them to choose our different paths in the nicest way possible.

I communicate with them, let them know how I feel.
