How to remove fat from chest and tummy? and be very active in life?

you said it yourself. be very active eery day
I fight weight issues, pretty well too
but start easy none of those monster exrecise machines,,
start with walkin, kinda fast, one hour, then turn around and go back home
do that, for a week, every day
you wiill feel a diufference

If I'm not mistaken, it's 80% diet and it's exercise that does the trick. I recommend a routine full-body, weight-resistance workout.
