No. I block based mostly upon behaviour. If they annoy me like a mosquito, I usually just pass on by them. If they are rude to me. Or bully others. Or just keep posting crap like how horny they are all the damn time or posting things that are not allowed or go on and on about a dumb subject, I will block. Names only reveal a glimpse on a person. Some change them often. But I would like to think a person's name is their true self.

I won't block people who leave me alone and don't post stupid repetitive questions. But it is kind of funny when someone who does post stupid repetitive questions has a username like "diaperboyshitpants". In that case not much of value was lost.
