Annoyed at friend

We had a conversation about a month ago, a deep one when she told me she felt used by me. I took it on board.
Was meant to be seeing her a month ago but had to cancel. In her text in response to that she said 'Ok, see you in a couple weeks.' I haven't been in contact since and today I got a text saying it had been a long time since we since spoke and was anything wrong. Don't you think this comes across as a bit paranoid?
