I always have words.
I may choose to not respond with them however. For various reasons.
Sometimes silence is better.

Yes, I hate that and especially when you really connect with someone and I suppose nervousness gets in my way too.

All the time. I wish I could express it through another way... Like some sort of artistic media like paintings or drawings or music that would just somehow penetrate the barriers of understanding and somehow just resonate with them, but that's just it. I don't even know if what I was trying to say would get across to them exactly how I intended—totally undistorted by some misconception.
