So i don't have good relationship with my teammate like i limit my communication with him and he noticed that so he tries to not ask me stuff as well

(this is weird and not good, i know) then he asked stuff to my crush and my crush was like "why he's so hesitant to ask you stuff?" and i said "idk, ask him" and he was like "hey, I'm not gonna be mad if you talking to him, about work" i was like wtf he acted like a boyfriend that tries to tell me that he won't br jealous if i talk to other men about work lol
