I like both for different reasons in my hallway, landing, bathroom, places I want clearer visibility I use more whiter spec lighting but in my bedroom and living room I use softer yellow lighting as it's just more chilled out.

I prefer the older lights, I’m super sensitive to LED lights .

I prefer natural light. LEDs can be useful. But I prefer to have dim red lights.

@Sroonaka616 same.
I rarely use my centre cieling lights.... usually only when i cook and shower.
Otherwise i use red lighting or candles.
White light at night is brutal.

I use 60W equivalent LED through the house.
I just do not like yellow'ish lighting.

True white 4k lights come in a range of intensities. Light to bright? Replace 100W equivalent with a 40, 60, or 80 to suit your needs.
