@Bumbles Probably. But you could make it a qualification of candidacy that no candidate can run for office who is actively challenging the results in another election until they relinquish that challenge.
I just don't see how someone like Kari Lake can still be challenging that she is the rightful governor of Arizona while running for senate at the same time.
