I was out of balance, and was, without success trying to get myself together

But I realised I was just trying too hard and that's why the resistance.
Today I woke up, I walked to a nearby grass floor and meditated for a few minutes. Then I moved my body slowly, doing yoga and other stretches.
I then made it a point to not have coffee but grab a tea instead and nurture myself with a simple yet healthy breakfast.
I then sat with myself and decided to "see what needs be seen and listen to what needs be heard".
I ended up releasing a few tears.

Then I put an alarm for 10min. I planned my work day.

On my way home I found a little ceremony with monks and I showered myself under their healing chanting for a while. I remembered and I forgave some more..

Back home I studied on some materials for a couple of hours and did a bit of qigong as a break.
I then cooked my fav and simple veggie curry.

I'll rest now a bit.

For the evening the plan is to work on recording a video and write a text.

And closing with my sunset swim routine which is one of the best parts of my day, I stay inside the waters till it gets dark and sea becomes a black sparkly liquid.:)

I'm feeling a little better and gaining my balance and stability back.

@Sojournersoul yes... there's been many little changes in my environment plus trying to work on my things and this heat wave makes things really sticky... Even my phone turned off twice because it overheated !
@elafina hopefully you find ways to stay cool and relax.
