That particular feeling.....

You know that feeling when you have just about enough energy to workout but can't find yourself bothered to go to the gym?

Even as a gym member I get this sometimes but for me the solution is simple- do jumping jacks and then do mountain climbers on an excercise rug at home- simple.

Believe me you will not have any of that energy anymore after you do all the sets you can.

On a bonus note I can testify the mountain climber excercise is very effective at burning belly fat- I gained a little (thinking in my 30s I could eat like I was in my 20s) but it is now mostly gone!
