So I've definitely bruised the bone on top of my foot ๐ It doesn't hurt but I don't wanna risk making it bad so Ive skipped my class this week ๐ sucks but it comes with the territory.
I'm training my body and cardio for Muay thai so every morning I've been doing 20 pushups15 situps and 15 deep squats, then stretching hips, legs and core. I just did a 3.15km run without stopping and with my breathing steady. I'm really happy about it, it's been a long hiatus from running and I've improved since ๐

A couple of pics of my fitness progress After about 2-3 months in the gym. My chest has improved, just started working core. Pretty realistic progress ๐ I'll do arms and stuff once there's good progress Definitely stronger which is where it counts
Got myself some lovely shin splints.Probably doesnt help that I waited a week to report the pain to be honest though. Thats definitely on me.

Do you like walking on a treadmill?I don't but I do it anyway because it's an easy way to burn calories. I've been consistent with it so now I can do a pretty steep incline Also, why do my arms and neck hurt as I walk on it?
