Closer to my goals than I had thought. Takin moment to be vain
My scale hasn't budged. But a friend at work mentioned to me tonight that my workout is really working. I look in mirror tonight and really looked. I see a shape. And not just a round one. I feel i can do it now
The greatest measure is how do you feel? Do you feel like you can do more and better? Does your body complain less? The shape and friend's comments are both nice to have and to see, but do you feel better inside? This is the true reward of working out. I hope you reach all your goals!
I know it's cliche but muscle weighs more than fat. If you're taking care of yourself and exercising it makes sense when the scale doesn't budge. Great work!
